Here, around 600 experienced and highly qualified staff members are responsible for project acquisitions and implementation, development of new business areas and the technical and administrative management of projects in nearly all service fields.
Whether you start at GOPA Consulting Group as a project manager or consultant, a financial or communication specialist or support staff, you can look forward to some challenging and interesting projects. When new staff members join us, they are gradually introduced to their tasks and responsibilities based on an individual training and orientation plan. The principle of mentoring lies at the very heart of our on-the-job training for new colleagues. During the first months of employment, every new colleague is coached by an experienced mentor, thereby ensuring that they get off to a good start.
