GOPA Consulting Group with new ERP system
Following a comprehensive evaluation process that include rigorous solution demonstrations, a scoping session and multiple customer reference visits, GOPA Group had chosen to implement Deltek’s project ERP solution and tremendous efforts of all staff members guaranteed now the the full operation of the system in May 2018.
The new ERP system now provides full transparency into projects, operations and processes across GOPA’s operations. This includes comprehensive project and resource management capabilities as well as complete financial management control throughout individual project lifecycles from budget scoping to evaluation. It is an ongoing process, in which GOPA Group staff will be highly engaged the next couple of months still. For any inconveniences caused by these important and necessary changes, we apologize and very much hope for your understanding. We are optimistic that with this new system, we will be able to further enhance our project management procedures and improve the efficiency of the group-wide financial management. It’s been a big step towards an integrated system linking the GOPA Group companies, facilitating exchange and cooperation.
